The construction of Park Inn by Radisson is expected to be completed in 3 years 

The construction of the 15-story Park Inn by Radisson hotel in the center of Tbilisi, on Chanturia Street, is expected to be completed in three years. 

The company ordering the construction of the hotel is "Park Hotels" LLC, which has had a construction permit since 2015, although the construction of the hotel was stopped several times and the company repeatedly requested the right to extend the permit from the architecture department. 

According to the latest information available on the website of the architecture service, the company agrees to the corrected version of the project, among other details, the number of numbers, dimensions and visuals of the stained glass windows are changed.

According to the plan, the construction of the last hotel of the Radisson chain by "Park Hotels" LLC should be completed in 36 months, i.e. by the spring of 2029. The 15-story hotel will include a 3-story underground parking lot, and will include approximately 200 rooms, a conference hall, and a spa and wellness center.

Tornike Janashvili is the director of "Park Hotels" LLC, and the owner of 100% of the shares is "Park Hotels" LLC. "Tbilisi Hotels", the final owners of the companies are Tornike and Mamuka Janashvili.
